Delivery Methods, Times & Costs

Important Points to Note:

• The estimated delivery time will be provided on the shipping page. These estimates are indicative and may vary depending on location, distance, and our shipping partners.
• Delivery times are subject to the efficiency of our logistics partners. While CharmBox® is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or postal services, we will assist you in tracking your package.
• Your order may arrive in multiple packages from different locations, but you will only be charged one shipping fee for the entire order.
• Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently unavailable. Please ensure all orders are prepaid to complete your purchase smoothly.
• If you have any specific delivery requests, please email us or leave a note with your order. While we will try our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee time-bound deliveries.
• Orders are shipped by trusted courier services like Delhivery, Ecom Express, and Amazon Shipping. If your address is not covered by these services, we will work with you to find an alternative shipping method.
• For cancellations, please email us within 4 hours of placing the order. Once an order is shipped, cancellations will not be accepted, and we cannot process refunds for orders cancelled at the doorstep or after three failed delivery attempts.
• Look out for international shipping options coming soon! Currently, we do not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.
