Refund Policy

At CharmBox®, we are dedicated to ensuring that every product meets your expectations. We understand that issues may arise, and we’re here to help. Below is our policy regarding returns and refunds, with a focus on ensuring your satisfaction in case of damaged products.

  1. Damaged Goods:
    We take great care to pack your products securely. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at hello@charmbox.in with a video and photo of the damaged product and packaging within 4 hours of receipt. The unboxing video is mandatory for any claim. We will promptly address the issue and offer a solution.

  2. No Returns or Exchanges:
    CharmBox® follows a strict no-return and no-exchange policy for all products, except in cases where the product is damaged during delivery. If your product is in perfect condition, we will not accept returns or exchanges. Please review the product details carefully before placing your order to ensure it meets your requirements.

  3. Unpacking Video Requirement:
    For any claims related to damaged products, an unpacking video is essential. Make sure you record the entire unboxing process when receiving your parcel to provide as evidence if needed. Claims without an unpacking video will not be entertained.

  4. Missing or Tampered Parcels:
    In the rare event of a missing or tampered parcel, please contact us immediately at hello@charmbox.in. Record a video before opening the box if it looks tampered with. If you receive a delivery notification but do not receive the parcel, notify us within 24 hours of the notification.

  5. Shipping Delays:
    CharmBox® partners with third-party courier services. We are not responsible for shipping delays but will do our best to assist you. For urgent orders, please reach out to our customer care team for further assistance.

  6. Order Cancellation:
    Orders can be canceled within 4 hours of placement or before dispatch by emailing hello@charmbox.in with your order ID. Once the order is packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. For COD orders, future orders may be denied if a cancellation occurs at the time of delivery.

  7. Bulk and Customized Orders:
    Return and refund policies for bulk or customized orders will be addressed on a case-by-case basis and may differ from our standard policy. Please contact us for more details.

  8.  Artisanal Products:
    Due to the nature of artisanal and handmade products, slight variations in color, texture, and size are natural and not considered defects. These variations make each item unique.
